San Diego Hippocratic Oath

San Diego Hippocratic Oath

Doctors who are treated to be as the life savers have now been slowly changing their motto and now in recent days they are being considered as life takers. The reason for this is mainly due to the malpractices that are prevalent in the field of medicine. The doctors who are not properly qualified or practiced do wrong treatments which lead to the death of the patients. Also small negligence leads to such fatalities. These kinds of malpractices are prevalent to a large extent in San Diego. In order to avoid all these malpractices the doctors before entering into the field undertake an oath in order to do justice to their patients. This kind of oath is termed as the Hippocratic Oath. This oath is traditionally taken by the physicians before starting to serve the public as a full fletched doctor.

It is known that this oath was written by the Hippocrates. Hippocrates is well known as the father of the western medicine. The oath comprises of the many restrictions and rules that the physician has to abide to. It says that the physician have to prescribe only the correct medicine for the patient. It says the physician will not attempt an operation unless he/she is fully trained and experienced to do so. It also says that the physician will work with full sincerity and with full concentration and treat patients in a very calm and polite manner and will never be harsh towards them. This is the oath that a physician of San Diego undertakes before steeping to serve the people.
